Chuanhe automation college established——Youlong first phase training class set sail

At 9:00 am on June 16, 2020, the company held the inaugural meeting of Chuanhe automation college and the opening ceremony of Youlong phase I in the multimedia training room of Longyou headquarters. The meeting was attended by Mr. Wang Xiangbin, Chairman of the Board and President of Hechuan University, Mr. Yan Pengfei, Vice President, Mr. Wang Zhibin, Vice President, directors from R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering center and related new members, totaling 42 people with high enthusiasm and expectation.

The establishment of Chuanhe automation college and the first phase of dragon tour are based on the consideration of talent strategy of the company, which shows that the company adheres to the concept of "people-oriented" and the talent values of "respecting knowledge, respecting talents, selecting the right talents, retaining talents and making good use of talents".

In order to ensure the quality of this centralized training (15 days), the company has done a lot of meticulous work and repeated communication, the content of the training is very rich, theoretical, practical and targeted; the form of training is also flexible and diverse, set the concept of skills, case study and role-play trinity, "lecture, activities, summary" interspersed, the purpose is to run this training with quality, lay a more solid skills foundation for the future work through the centralized training and prove your value with significant work performance.

The meeting was hosted by Lin Li, the manager of HR center of the company, and introduced the attending leaders. The meeting started with a speech by Mr. Wang Xiangbin, the chairman of the board and the president of Hechuan University. He expressed a warm welcome to the participants on behalf of the company and sent a message to the establishment of Chuanhe Automation College, looking forward to a better you to chase dreams and forge ahead with HCFA.

The second item of the meeting was to hold a plaque awarding ceremony of Chuanhe Automation College, which was awarded by Chairman Wang Xiangbin and received by President Yan Pengfei.
