Hu-MRS Series

The actuator is matched with Hechuan Technology's frameless torque motor with high torque density performance. The design uses high-precision and long-life harmonic reducer as the core transmission component to achieve low-speed high torque transmission, stable and reliable output. The output feedback end is equipped with Hechuan high-precision inductive dual encoder, which has excellent position accuracy feedback.

    The three core components of frameless torque motor, harmonic reducer or screw, and encoder are inherited and designed.

  • High performance

    High thrust/torque density, with a maximum thrust density of over 3300N/KG for linear actuators and over 107N. m/KG for rotary actuators.

  • High-precision

    The repeated positioning accuracy of the linear actuator stroke is less than ± 0.01mm, and the absolute positioning accuracy is less than ± 0.01mm;

    The repeated positioning accuracy of the rotary actuator is less than ± 36arc sec, and the absolute positioning accuracy is less than ± 108arc sec.

  • High response

    Ultra low inertia rotor structure, joint actuator dynamic response speed below 0.5ms.
