Serial Communication Module
Selectable serial port types, ultra-slim profile, detachable terminals
Two models of serial port modules are available, categorized into Modbus protocol and free protocol versions. Both models feature 2 channels, supporting RS232, RS485, and RS422 interfaces, with built-in terminal resistors. They also support 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire wiring methods. The free protocol serial port module allows up to 16 slaves per channel and a maximum of 32 slaves in total, while the Modbus protocol module supports 8 slaves per channel and a maximum of 16 slaves in total.
